Dream Team Involvement

Created in 2007 when Jay and Michelle officially formed their business partnership, the Dream Team was founded on one basic principle:  “Others First!  No Exception”.  For Jay and Michelle, it was not enough for them to be successful in their network marketing business.  If their team members could not produce, then something had to be changed. 

Also, through their business experience they found one common thread, a team that plays together, stays together.  So, knowing that people have different passions about what excites them in business, having a strong group of friends and team members that stay together cannot be founded upon one business as businesses come and go.  However, it can be founded upon a common Mission and Vision regardless of what business anyone does.

Philanthropy.  Fundamental to the Dream Team’s spiritual values is the biblical concept of “giving back”.  But instead of merely giving back, their mission is to “Pay It Forward” [if you’ve yet to see the movie by that name, it’s a must see] by touching the world in a brand new way:

The Dream Team firmly believe it is possible for one idea to change the world!

What Dream Team Members can Expect:

Occasional calls where we will invite special guests to inspire and empower and a forum to connect with like spirited individuals.

The calls will be open forums for the most part including topics such as:

• Random acts Of Kindness
• Charitable Causes
• Charity Research (make sure your money is getting where you want it to go)
• Inspirational Stories
• Guest Speakers Will Be Interviewed On How Living The Life Of A Big Giver has changed their lives
• Economic Concerns? Ask Jay His Opinion About The Economy
• Group synergy by combining our “Pay It Forward” mission with all the members of the Dream Team
• Whatever Else The Team Desires...
  

These calls are not a place to sell something or pitch business opportunities; they are a “call for people who care.”

Each Dream Team Member Will Be featured on Meet The Members with a short bio and a link to your own Social Site (Blog, FaceBook, Myspace, etc)

Once a month we collectively will choose the act of giving that most touched and inspired us, and that member and their story (if they choose) will be featured as the “Giver Of The Month”

As a Dream Team Member, you will be able to attend events with other Dream Team members around the world (many of these events you will be able to attend for FREE)

Eventually, as a collective we will travel to places, to not only have a lot of fun but also do something to serve the communities that need it the most.
